It’s preferable to make an appointment for which person who wishes to have a permanent piece of jewellery fitted.
CAN THE PERMANENT BRACELETS AND NECKLACES BE REMOVED ?
We can cut the chain at any time and add a clasp.
CAN I RETURN MY PERMANENT BRACELET OR NECKLACE ?
It’s a piece of jewellery that has been cut and soldered to be adjusted to suit your personal wear. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
IS THE SOLDERING SAFE?
Soldering is done using a precision machine and is thus entirely safe.
WHAT ADVICE CAN YOU GIVE ON CARING FOR A PERMANENT PIECE OF JEWELLERY?
Permanent jewellery models are made of eco-friendly 18K gold and set with Fairtrade diamonds. Production is Swiss and regional. These are slender pieces of jewellery that deserve to be handled with care.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CHAIN BREAKS OR IF I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO REMOVE IT?
If this were to happen, we invite you to contact us. If you have to remove it yourself, cut it using scissors, ideally on the welding.
